- Manage human and financial resources, including professional services from outside firms;
- Collaborate with the treasury department in developing and monitoring the budget;
- Ensure representation on various committees, notably those of the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable (MTMD), the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation (MAMH), and CERIU
- Prepare and actively participate in Board of Directors meetings
- Oversee or invoice revenues (conferences, magazine, partnerships, job offers)
- Maintain and develop relationships with various partners and stakeholders

- Canvass and solicit potential donors, both for the convention and for annual partners
- Develop and draft memorandums of understanding between AIMQ and stakeholders

- Develop and maintain privileged relationships with current and potential donors
- Ensure annual reporting to partners
