Let’s work together

in a few words

Let’s start with the big part: I’ve been involved in municipal politics for three years, first within the party I co-founded, then as part of the opposition cabinet of Lévis (the first one in over 20 years). These were fascinating years, during which I perfected my knowledge of the world of communications and the media, but also had the chance to take part in the progress of issues such as sustainable mobility, municipal finances, territorial planning, environmental protection and so on.

I’m now General Director of the Association des ingénieurs municipaux du Québec, where I continue to develop my commitment to the cities of the province of Quebec.

in four words

In my daily work, I like a challenge and an extensive to-do list.  Since I have to chose, here are a few things that make the hours fly.

Strategy

To anticipate change, seize opportunities, and provide clear direction for action.

Strategic planning and organizational development

Political and institutional analysis

Strategic advice and decision-support writing

Government and institutional relations

Creativity

To look beyond the obvious and turn bold ideas into meaningful results.

Problem-solving and innovation

Development of new initiatives

Organizational visibility and outreach

Event design and coordination

HUMANITY

To recognize people’s potential, bring them together, and help communities thrive.

People management and development

Mobilizing leadership and interpersonal intelligence

Community engagement and membership development

Philanthropic partnerships and social impact

Thoroughness

To dig deeper, exercise sound judgment, and pursue excellence in every decision.

Budget management

Regulatory analysis

Governance and compliance

Accountability and reporting

I currently serve on the boards of directors of a homelessness support organization in Lévis, Vivre en Ville, and the Centre d’expertise et de recherche sur les infrastructures urbaines (CERIU). I also lend a hand to a variety of local causes in Lévis whenever opportunities arise.

I have to admit: I genuinely enjoy getting involved.

In my spare time, you’ll find me back in the classroom, training for my next marathon, or watching a movie with a knitting project in hand.

At the end of the adventure, what counts is that we’ve established a first connection. Not for today? You have already hired your new colleague? That happens. I would like to suggest that we link up on Linkedin so that I can keep track of your activities. After all, if you’re here, it’s because I like what you do.
